1.User’s
head should be in line with the top of the monitor & at a distance of 3ft .
2.The
height of the chair should be adjustable.
3. The
chair should have good armrests , giving support to the arms and reduces the
stress on the shoulders and the neck.
4.The
back of the chair should give good support to lower back.
5.One
should be sitting straight in the chair and his/her lower back should touch
lower back of the chair. A light pillow can be used against the lower back if
the chair does not provide enough
support.
